Briefing on Food Truck Ordinance Updates
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
City Council will be briefed concerning food trucks. The briefing will summarize the current City regulations governing food trucks; results of outreach to key stakeholders including business improvement districts, business parks, and food truck operators; and staff's recommended framework for expansion of food trucks within the City.

Council is being asked to provide guidance on whether to pursue staff's proposed framework so that staff may draft the amendments necessary to bring to Council for adoption.
