Consideration of an Appointment to the Building Code Board of Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Carl Burt has served one term and is eligible for reappointment to another term. Council is being asked to reappoint him to serve a second term until June 30, 2030. Mr. Burt serves in the role of an experienced property manager/real estate agent.
NOTE: At least one member should be an experienced builder; at least one member should be an architect or engineer; and at least one member should be an experienced property manager.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Remi Travis Wright currently serves on the Hampton Senior Citizens Advisory Committee until March 30, 2025, and the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board until March 31, 2026
