Briefing on Food Truck Ordinance
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
City Council will be briefed concerning food trucks. The briefing will include the current City regulations governing food trucks; results of outreach to key stakeholders including business improvement districts, business parks, and food truck operators; and options for expansion of food trucks within the City.

Council is being asked to provide guidance on which option(s) to pursue so that staff may draft the amendments necessary and review the language with stakeholders before returning to Council with recommended amendments.
