Strategic Plan Update
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Council requested additional targeted outreach to ensure the Strategic Plan reflected input from a wider representation of the community. After doing this additional outreach, the Strategic Priority Leaders made minor adjustments to each section of the Plan. This briefing will outline the recommended changes to the draft Strategic Plan based on the additional feedback received.
Impact:
The Strategic Plan is the City's guiding document for the next three to five years. It is a shared vision with the community as a whole, which is why the City does extensive outreach to draft the document.
