Budget Briefing:  Compensation/Market Pay, Public Works Funds and Budget Public Input

 

Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

 

During the budget work session, staff will preview the community budget presentation which will cover major budget considerations for FY 20 to include compensation and market pay issues, public safety, solid waste/recycling costs increases and other considerations regarding the stormwater and wastewater funds.  Staff will also provide the detailed information regarding competitive pay that Council requested at their February 13, 2019, meeting.
