Consideration of Appointments to the Wetlands Board
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Stephen Hughes has served one term and is eligible for reappointment to another term. Council is being asked to reappoint him to serve a second term until December 30, 2030.
A second vacancy for an alternate remains, and the board does not feel it necessary to fill at this time.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
Members of the Wetlands Board shall hold no public office other than on the Planning Commission or Zoning Commission.

Zechariah Brown currently serves on the Hampton Animal Response Team Advisory Committee until September 30, 2028.
James Goodbody currently serves on the Hampton Senior Citizens Advisory Committee until March 30, 2026.
Travis Rhodes currently serves on the Board of Zoning Appeals until December 31, 2028.
Irina Gorbunova-Ford currently serves on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board until June 30, 2027.
