Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A.1 and .3 to discuss personnel matters pertaining to councilmembers’ and city council appointees’ roles and expectations and to discuss the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and/or the disposition of publicly held real property in the master plan areas of Buckroe, Coliseum Central, Downtown Hampton, North King Street Corridor, Phoebus, and the Kecoughtan Corridor where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the City Council
