Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
David Richards' first full term expires on June 30, 2017, and he is eligible for reappointment to a second term expiring June 30, 2021.
NOTE: Mr. Richards served a partial term from May 12, 2010, until June 30, 2013.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
