Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Terri Tennessee's term expires on June 30, 2017, and she has asked that she not be reappointed.  A letter from Ms. Tennessee is attached for Council's review.  Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to fill this vacancy until June 30, 2020.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
