This briefing is to provide the addtional information requested by council following the June 14, 2017, presentation on the issue. The first portion of this presentation will be a brief summary of the presentation from June 14, 2017. The second portion of the presentation will address specific questions asked by council during the June 14, 2017, presentation.

The presentation will explore the pros and cons of establishing a more strict leash law.
