Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

The Urban Section Meeting and the Business Meeting of the Virginia Municipal League Annual Conference will take place on October 2nd. Council is asked to designate a voting delegate, a delegate alternate, and a staff assistant for these meetings. These designations are due to the Virginia Municipal League by September 20, 2017.

Mayor Tuck and Councilman Gray have registered for the conference. If any additional members of Council would like to attend, they can also submit their names for designation.
