Consideration of appointments to Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
UPDATE FOR COUNCIL DISCUSSION ON OCTOBER 11, 2017: Tim Smith is currently serving as an Alternate to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). Staff is suggesting that his name be suggested for consideration by the Circuit Court to move from an alternate to a regular member and then another individual be appointed as Alternate.
Rodney Gentry is moving out of state and has resigned effective August 14, 2017.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
