PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Thomas Fukawa's partial term expired on September 30, 2017, and he is eligible to be reappointed to his first full term to expire September 30, 2020.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
