PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Steve Mallon resigned effective January 31, 2018. Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to fill his unexpired term until June 30, 2021.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
