Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
John J. Bongiorno (“Licensee”), owner of the property located at 2215 Bay Avenue (LRSN 1003311) (“Licensee’s Parcel”), requests permission to encroach into a variable width area comprising 162 square feet, more or less, of the public right-of-way known as Courtland Avenue, for portions of a garage, driveway, and fence (“Licensed Improvements”), as illustrated on Exhibit “A” attached to the Encroachment Agreement.

Licensee acquired Licensee’s Parcel with the Licensed Improvements and now wishes for formalize the encroachments.

The request was routed to staff and local utility companies. None have any objection. Therefore, pursuant to § 34-86 of the City Code, staff recommends approval subject to the standard conditions outlined in the accompanying Encroachment Agreement.
