Motion to correct the terms of two Wetlands Board appointees from February 28, 2022, to February 28, 2023
Purpose
On February 14, 2018, the Clerk read the motion language required for Council's appointments to the Wetlands Board. With respect to Claire Neubert and Lynne J. France, the Clerk stated the terms would expire in 2022 (four years), however state law sets terms on Wetlands Boards as five years. As such, the terms of Ms. Neubert and Ms. France should expire on February 28, 2023. This motion will correct that error for the record.
