Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Diana Gulotta resigned from the board. Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to fulfill the unexpired portion of her term until June 30, 2020.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
