Presentation on Commercial and Industrial Development Trends in Hampton
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Jay R. Joseph, Senior Vice President of Office Sales and Leasing for Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate; and Clay Culbreth, Senior Vice Persident of Industrial Properties for Cushman and Wakefield Thalhimer, presented information on commercial and industrial development trends to the Mayor’s Economic Roundtable last year. The presentation was very insightful, so the Mayor recommended we do a similar presentation for Council. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Culbreth will present updated information during this special work session.
