Budget Worksession
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
On April 24th the first budget hearing was held. A second budget hearing was held on May 1st. Following that a first vote on the budget ordinances requiring two votes was held. The second vote on the those ordinances as well as the only vote needed for those requiring only one vote will be held at the evening meeting.
The afternoon session will be used to make final decisions on Council's desired budget amendments so that the necessary legal language can be prepared before the evening session.
Staff will also present additional information previously requested by Council.
