Field Trip Highlighting Recreational Vehicle Parking Considerations
Purpose
At a previous briefing on possible changes to Hampton's Code relating to recreational vehicles, Council request the opportunity to visit various properties in the community that illustrate the various issues tha need to be balanced and addressed by an update to the ordinance. This field trip is designed to provide that perspective. Staff of the Community Development department will take Council to properties through the community that illustrate the various concerns.
Additionally, staff will highlight that Council has asked staff to consider, including excessive vehicles on residential properties and storage yards, as those matters will come up on future months' agendas.
