Resolution to Amend the Fiscal Year 2020 Council Approved Budget and Accept and Appropriate the 2019 Virginia Rules Camp Grant Awarded by the Office of the Attorney General to the City of Hampton, VA to Facilitate a Youth Camp Program to be held in August 2019

Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Impact:
The Office of the Attorney General's Virginia Rules Camp program funding is in the form of a reimbursement grant. The grant award in the amount of $5,000 and covers the cost of hosting the camp for the participants in order to pass on zero financial burden to participants and their families. Costs incur...
