Consideration of Appointments to the Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
As a reminder, Council makes a recommendation to the Circuit Court and the Circuit Court Judge actually makes the appointment.
Richard Rudnicki's term ends December 31, 2019, and he is eligible for reappointment.
Thomas Savage resigned July 31, 2019, and Council is being asked to recommend an individual to the Circuit Court for appointment until October 30, 2024.
Council is also being asked to recommend a second alternate to the Circuit Court.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
