PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

A vacancy was created by the resignation of Wendall Braxton .  Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill his vacancy until September 30, 2021.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
