Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The terms of Wendy Iles, Jackie Cannan and Gayle Mooney end on January 31, 2020, and are eligible for reappointment until January 31, 2024.
William Kothemier resigned August 17, 2019, leaving a vacancy to be filled at a later date.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
