Consideration of an appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Council considered this matter at the November 13, 2019, meeting. Since that time staff has learned that Richard Rudnicki, who was being considered for reappointment to a second term, will be leaving the area and no longer a Hampton resident. As such, Council needs to recommend to the Hampton Circuit Court another individual to fulfill a five (5) year term. Mr. Rudnicki is able to continue to serve through the Board of Zoning Appeals' January meeting.
Information on the interested applicants is being provided to Council.
