Follow-up Activities to Council Retreat
Purpose
On November 15, 2019, the Hampton City Council and Executive Management Team (City Manager, Assistant City Managers, and Department Heads) participated in a series of facilitated discussions. Council identified several goals, to include having day-long strategic priority work sessions at their second session of the month. Council also identified its needs of staff, and subsequently staff identified the things Council could do to help staff.This follow-up session will provide an opportunity for further discussion of these and related matters.
***UPDATE FOR JANUARY 8, 2020 - City Council did not complete their discussion and will resume this on January 8, 2020.
