Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A .1, .3 and .8 to discuss appointments as listed on the agenda and performance of City Council appointees; for discussion or consideration of the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and the disposition of publicly held real property in the Kecoughtan Road Corridor, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the City; and to discuss specific legal matters regarding city codes pertaining to parking which require the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
