Consideration of Appointments to the Finance Committee
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The term of Susan Harris ended September 30, 2019. She has served two consecutive terms and is not eligible for reappointment.
The term of Michael Graves ended June 30, 2020, and he is eligible for reappointment.
The term of William Andrews will end September 30, 2020, and he is eligible for reappointment.
Council is being asked to appoint and/or reappoint individuals until September 30, 2022.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

It is recommended that Council appoint Linda Curtis and reappoint William Andrews both until September 30, 2022. Mr. Graves has not participated since his appointment and the board would like to leave this vacancy open at this time.
