Consideration of Appointments to the Citizens' Unity Commission (CUC)
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Rebecca Jackson and Darius Swift have both resigned from the commission. Council is being asked to appoint individuals to fill the unexpired portion of their terms until June 30, 2021.
Milton McDonald and Ray Smith have both resigned from the commission. Council is being asked to appoint individuals to a first term to expire on September 30, 2024.
Devinn Smart was removed from the board due to non-participation. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired term until June 30, 2021.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
