Consideration of Appointments to the Peninsula Stadium Authority (War Memorial)
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The terms of Brenda Stokes and Wayne Gomes ended on September 30, 2020, and both are eligible for reappointment.
A vacancy was created by the resignation of Chris Wilcox dated October 1, 2019.
Council is being asked to appoint or reappointment individuals until September 30, 2024, and to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired term until September 30, 2023.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

The Authority would like to recommend that both Brenda Stokes and Wayne Gomes be reappointed to a second term; and that A. G. Womble be appointed to fill the unexpired term of Chris Wilcox.
