Briefing on High Performance Organization
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
To provide an overview of the High Performance Organization (HPO) framework for improving organizational performance and to share the status of HPO in Hampton.
Discussion:
Continually performing as a High Performance Organization will result in meeting the needs of our community in the most effective and efficient manner. This will be done by having each member of the organization fully engaged in the work they are doing, looking for ways to be innovative in meeting citizens' needs, and continuing to work together according to the Vision and Values of the organization.
Impact:
Continually performing as a High Performance Organization will enhance the city's ability to achieve what is outlined in our Policy and Planning documents.
