Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The Downtown Hampton Development Partnership has partnered with the City to develop an implementation strategy to address infrastructure needs downtown. This strategy identifies a series of infrastructure projects that would attract investment and improve the quality of life for City residents. The strategy includes costs and a phased implementation plan.
