Consideration of an Appointment to the Hampton Federal Area Development Authority (HFADA)
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
It is the recommendation of the board that Stacy Harden be removed due to lack of participation,failure to respond to communications, and failure to file the required Financial Disclosure Statement. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of her term which will end on October 31, 2025.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
