Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Dina Reid resigned from the board. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill her unexpired term until June 30, 2024.
James Gervais resigned from the board. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill his unexpired term until June 30, 2023.
Chioma Adaku-Griffin resigned from the board. The committee would like to leave this vacancy at this time.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
