Consideration of an Appointment to the Building Code Board of Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Robert Kochran has moved out of state and, as such is not eligible to continue to serve. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of his unexpired term until June 30, 2024.
Alan Bourne has served two consecutive terms and he is not eligible for reappointment. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve until December 31, 2027.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
