Consideration of Appointments to the Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Dr. Arne Hasselquist's first full term ends on December 31, 2022, and he is eligible for reappointment until December 31, 2026.
Dr. Tamika Lett and Robie Tuck have both submitted resignations.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Applicants Currently Serving on Other Board/Commissions:
Julianne Routten currently serves on the Board of Review of Real Estate Assessments until June 30, 2024.
Rev. Gretchen Nelson currently serves on the Citizens' Unity Commission until August 31, 2026.
Joiecel Riviera currently serves on the Citizens' Unity Commission until June 30, 2023 and the Citizens Police Advisory Group until March 31, 2024.

Council is being asked to recommend to the Hampton Circuit Court the reappointment of Dr. Arne Hasselquist, an individual to serve as a member, and an alternate.
Members of the board shall hold no other public office in the City except that one may be a member of the Planning Commission.
