Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Carlyle Bland (Business Representative) has resigned, and Council is being asked to appoint an individual to a first full term ending December 31, 2026.

Channon Monroe (District 1) has resigned, and Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill her unexpired term until September 30, 2025.

Council is being asked to fill a vacancy for District 3 to a first full term ending December 31, 2026.

Council is being asked to fill a vacancy for District 5 to a first full term ending December 31, 2026.

Council is being asked to fill vacancies for two youth representatives until June 30, 2024.
Youth Representatives are appointed for 2-year terms.

Ann Bane's (HCS Representative) term ended October 1, 2022, and she is eligible to be reappointed until October 1, 2026.
This position serves at the pleasure of the HCS Superintendent and, as such, does not have a maximum number of terms.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
