Approval of Amendment Extending City Manager's Employment Agreement
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The City and the City Manager, Mary Bunting, originally entered into an Employment Agreement on January 1, 2010, to an initial term ending December 31, 2012. Since that time, there have been several amendments. The current term expires June 30, 2027.
Impact:
Council's action further amends the Employment Agreement solely to extend the term of Ms. Bunting's employment for an additional three-year term from July 1, 2027, until June 30, 2030.
