Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Billy J. Roberts' term ends on July 1, 2020, and he is not eligible for reappointment. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term which will expire on June 30, 2023.

Golden H. Bethune-Hill's term ends July 1, 2020, and she has asked not to be reappointed. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term which will also expire on June 30, 2023.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

If reappointed, she would be serving on one board an eligible for appointment to a second. If she is not reappointed, there are no issues at all with her serving on this board.
