Briefing on Settlers Landing Road Eastbound I-64 Access
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Council will be updated on proposed pilot programs to address congestion on City streets associated with I-64 construction project.
Discussion:
Staff will update Council on the Mallory Street pilot program and brief City Council on the proposed pilot program for Settlers Landing Road.
Impact:
Staff is recommending that a 60 day pilot program take place while continuing to evaluate options created by the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel construction project.
