Purpose
The Hampton City Council, the City Manager, the City Attorney and the Clerk of Council will participate in a series of facilitated discussions which will be summarized by a report from the facilitation team. The facilitation team is comprised of Dr. John Nalbandian and Julia D. Novak of Raftelis.
