Chris Hall, Hampton Roads District Engineer of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), will be presenting the possibility of ramp metering at the 64 East Bound ramps off of North Mallory Street and Settlers Landing Road in relation to traffic congestion mitigation. He will cover their recommendations, infrastructure requirements, and the timeline of the project.etc.
